• Competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with “Single–Stage: Two–Envelope” procedure and is open to all Eligible Bidders.

• To purchase the Bidding Document in English, eligible Bidders should:-        o The Document can be download from website www.mptradeco.com and bidder shall be required to deposit Demand Draft of Rs 1000/-          only (non refundable) towards document t fee along with bid proposal (in Technical Section) to be drawn in favor of MP Power Trading Co          Ltd payable at Jabalpur.       o Document can also be purchased from office during office hrs upto 04-Jan-2012 , 01:30 PM with payment of non refundable fee of         Rs.1, 000/- (INR One Thousand only) by Demand Draft or banker’s Cheque in favor of ‘MP Power Trading Company Ltd’ payable at         Jabalpur. (M.P.) India.

• Bidders must deliver their bids: (i) to the address above at or before 15:00 Hrs on the above deadline together with the Bid Security as mentioned in the table above. Bids reached late due to postal /courier / delay on account of any reason will not be accepted.
• MP Tradeco will not be responsible for any cost incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
• Bid will be opened at 15:30 Hrs on the same day of the deadlines in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who chose to attend at the address above.
